Austin 3:!6 Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Easily the best young Indian batsman in this IPL. Sadly his team did not qualify for the playoffs but he can held his head high. Now he must be on that plane to Dhaka. :hatsoff:
G_B_ Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 I think Samson despite today had a so so ipl. the big plus for him i thought was his keeping improved manifold. He needs to find a way to raise his batting and his keeper at the same time. Time his on his side. needs 2-3 years IMO and i will seriously think of inducting him in team India

TNAmarkFrmIndia Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Easily the best young Indian batsman in this tournament? I'm not so sure of that. He had a pretty ordinary tournament before this game with a couple of 30's and a 40. Played a good innings in this game, his highest T20 score ever, but was completely overshadowed by Anderson, Rayudu and Tare. Besides, Karun Nair and Manan Vohra were arguably more impressive in this tournament than Samson.
SLICKR392 Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Samson's been impressive since his debut. Unlike a Valtathy or Awana, he did not fade away. Scored a double for Kerala when the rest of the players couldn't manage a 50. Did well in the U19 WC, and a quiet decent IPL this year. As far this tournament is concerned, Vohra and Nair looked performed better.
philcric Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Spare a thought for Sanju Sampson Yeah. Not only does his retarded bowlers ****ed it for his team, his fans/admirers spell his name wrong so often.
bulbul Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 13 Match - 339 run - 26 Avg -124 Sr From when this became big deal :hmmmm2:
rkt.india Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Its Karun Nair who proved a revelation this IPL. Bright prospect.
