Nah, not regularly. 145K was his extra effort, here and there. Fastest from Dinda I have seen was 147. He was usually in 136-142 range. But he used to put a lot of effort to clock that pace and the reason he has gone down in pace now. While Shami is getting quicker and he does not look to put that much effort. This IPL was the quickest he bowled up to now. Plenty of times over 145. if he can refine his runup (shorten his strides) and better use of non-bowling arm (falls down too early), he will have better control at more sustained pace.

Yes. In his younger days 4-5 years back, not now. I have seen him hurry even a batsman like Gilchrist for pace. Though even now, he clocks 140s at times.
