The issue is our batters coaches have zero knowledge about fast bowling. Their entire life, they have prepared against pace bowling...and hence they treat it as a threat instead of an asset. I hear the interviews of Ponting, Smith and how they highlight the importance of fast bowling to push back the opposition batters and play with their minds. Ours general sports pysche dont even have basic knowledge about the pace bowling. I searched some YouTube channels like Akash Chopra or Sports Tak, after first game. Just to see their opinion. Hardly anyone had any points to talk about Mayank...everyone was speaking non stop about Vaibhav, Iyer, Abhishek. Their dumbness is perplexing to say the least. RAZPOR and express bowling 2

Sachin had, but he was too hard a taskmaster. He wanted tall pacers, but we didnt had then. Ganguly had the ability to identify and back fast pacers. MSD was again a spinners/batters captain. Virat used to swing massively ....one format he loved fast bowling, other 2 he had no clue. Rohit again isnt the brightest in terms of pace bowling. Gill seems to have some, but he has limited power.
