Yes, Umran's issue is length. He should be in good length area but he tend to slip in short of length.

 

Tyagi is good with his length, his line is wayward.

He is very close to Bumrah in terms of skills..very high quality.

Those deliveries which are not dipping in are looking like he is providing width. 

 

Not a big issue.

 

Solution 1 .. Bowl from close to the stumps as @Suhaan suggested. 

 

Solution 2 .. Keep 2 fielders at fine 3rd man and deep square point due to his extra pace. Need to cover for it.

He is another ishant, srinath type ,if he is cant sort out his wide line to the right handers then at least needs a good nipbacker from there like siraj not inswinger like ishant.

 

 

For left handers needs to sort out the line as well,too many issues with him.
