Other problem with this hopeless tail is that even if we have a batter at the other end, he’s forced to farm strike or just play unnaturally. 
So it even limits the other batter. 

This match we were 163/4. And from 180 itself we ran into this risk of getting bowled out and Sky was forced to play unnaturally. Even a half decent batter who can hold his wicket could have been useful.

I think now it's safe to say Bumrah has lost 3-5k's of pace.

Instead of bowling it's 139-146 range..now he is at 135-142.

No !

 

Bumrah tries to swing / move the new ball at 137 k to 143 k.

 

He bowls 140 k to 146 k with the older ball / at the death.

 

Will probably become 2 kph quicker as he plays more and can bowl flat out after the WC 23 is over.
