Even with his current action new ball outswing can work as siraj has shown,but he can't bowl when ball doesn't move.

Action is not an issue, during the release when he tries to flick the wrist to get outswing is a problem for him. He often goes too far wide.

 

He need a good coach like Gillespie who can sort this problem.
