Shami bowling mostly in the 136 k to 141 k range with zip off the deck. Some seam and swing too. 

 

Decent accuracy.

Hardik is not a frontline bowler. But we are using him as one.

 

In the WC 23, Hardik got injured, Shami came in, and wreaked havoc. 

 

We are playing with just 1 specialist pacer in our last 3 games. Hope it does not bite us in the ass. It already has in PP1.

Problem is Ind did develop any white ball or red ball pacers in last few years. What options do Ind team have-- Avesh, Mukesh, Siraj 

These are the only options that Ind had to pick1 pacer from

I know it won't happen, but if the target is to win WC 2027..preparation has to being right now.

It's going to be in SA, Zim primarily where there is spongy bounce with swing.
Plus in less than a year we have T20 WC as well.

Bumrah, Harshit, Mayank and Arshdeep have to be the core. And develop 2 more 140 k+ pacers with white ball skills to cover for potential injuries.

was talking of ppl out of 15 , yes still both have nt played much of odis and those who have been given those many chances in past turned out to be no good.

how can some1 pick so many players with no future plans.

Ashok Sharma has bowled quick in a 4-day match between CK Nayudu trophy winner vs ROI. Rajasthan needs to give him more chances in the senior side. He can bat too, has great potential.

He is with RR hopefully he gets some game time this season, saw him in their local t20 league a bowler with aggression.

Said this previously as well domestic games need speedometers

Yes. All other bowlers playing in the game are trundlers bowling 120.

I have seen him bowling in RPL matches streaming.. he is rapid.. the more he plays and get groomed will be more lethal..good prospect.. felt like he was bowling consistently over 145 that time..

Bowlers put more efforts in T20s so most bowl quicker in T20 than in test format
