he cannot bat against swing and his bowling iwll be downgrade from jadeja and binny (specially on green track ) ..heck i can understand including rohit on track which we had in first game but on green track it will be suicide

Should be a welcome change and a good challenge. I am sure our bowlers will love such a wicket. Comeon England, keep that green grass on the pitch.

They won't dare giving India green pitch. Bhuvi and Shami will rock them. Even Binny will look like bowling thunderbolts. Pujara, Kohli and Rahane are capable of batting for at least 250-300 total. Ekk baap ke hain, toh pitch ko aisa hi rehne de England waale :haha:

play ashwin and pandey /pankaj and drop both jadeja and binny if its actually green also ashwin should be considered all rounder ater his recent innings he is not slogger like bhajji who got hundreds but played proper innings

its more based on principle that its a green pitch so shore-up batting and pace bowling..but the point is will Rohit 'shore-up' batting in a green pitch Binny looked solid the other day on a fat pitch would he aid in both the departments more or in summation more than Rohits batting alone - spin in un spin friendly pitch. Its a conundrum. Binny will play if its a green pitch buggered if he fails with bat, cause Dhoni/jadeja most probably will.
