Sachin=GOD Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 @Slickr - when you get back late at night you must be really tired so just lie down and listen to soft music or go to youtube and type 'sleep music"). It usually helps. Also, try to clear your brain before going to sleep - when you think too much before sleeping, it usually keeps you awake much longer.

I have this playlist I listen to while sleeping. Actual problem is not really falling asleep. Some days when I get home, I lay down and fall asleep straight away but the pattern breaks, that's all the sleep I get for the day. And music that helps you sleep, wakes you up after sometime.
SLICKR392 Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 This pill is helping. He said, after few months the brain will create your own routine without the help of this pill.

Thats what you should do - set it to end at a certain time. Anyway, since you are taking medicines, just keep taking them and as your doctor said, it should set a pattern soon.
Old guy Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Is it ok to take sleep pills if doctor prescribes you ? I am always worried about taking stuff on which I have to get dependent for basic task Even I went throughout this not being able to sleep few years ago but never took a pill as I was scared :p
Laaloo Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 I would avoid those pills if I were you. It's not really safe when it tries to alter the 'natural' in life. Sleep is natural. Taking pills is okay for short term - two weeks to a month. Shouldn't be dependent on it.
