Dhoni's English Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Has anybody else read this tremendous book by 'Gregory David Roberts'? Jonny Depp has bought the screen rights and the movie should be released next year. Jonny Depp himself will be playing the protagonist (Lin Baba).:hatsoff:

Can't see how they're going to make a film out of this book though. Maybe 5 seperate ones. Actually the screen play is usually one minute per page, which would make this movie 1,000 minutes long, but they've cut it down (apparently) to 2.5 hours.

theguyinallblue Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 i saw the interview of this australian guy...in Bombay Talkies program.. his life is full of interesting twist and turns...from street fights..to jail fights..drugs..girls..gang wars..charity..writer..and now a celebrity this person has seen it all..spent a fair bit of his life in bombay.. will watch this movie..
