Cricket_Hacker Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Bangladesh’s off-spinner Sohag Gazi has been reported with a suspected illegal bowling action during his side’s 177 runs loss in the second One-Day International (ODI) against the West Indies in Grenada on Friday. The match officials’ report, which was handed over to Bangladesh team manager Habibul Bashar on Saturday, cited concerns about the legality of the 23-year-old’s bowling action for all deliveries. Sohag’s bowling action will now be scrutinised further under the ICC process relating to suspected illegal bowling actions reported in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He is required to undergo testing within 21 days, and, during this period, Sohag is permitted to continue bowling in international cricket until the results of the testing are known Another one bites the dust

So that is one delivery every 2 overs (He bowled around 65 overs at Galle). And the reported deliveries also contains his regular off breaks
sensible-indian Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Once we clean up illegal actions, we need to start working on regulating bat sizes, boundary sizes, etc. So sick of these small boundaries where mishits go for sixes. Dunno whether ICC will tackle the issue of boundary sizes.

Yes that's why ODI centuries are becoming a joke and ODI fifers are becoming extinct (if it hasn't already).
