@MTC & KT you guys unnecessarily diverting the real issue with some dump regionalism. All this while u guys fell for media trap who published craps from "Source close to Mudgal" now comes out and blame the region. :hysterical:

First of all A) Any one with an iota of common sense and who has employed in any company ever knows what is conflict of interest and why it is wrong In any country/company the captain/leader owning a player agency and having his employees in the team is immediately sackable offense. Ditto with a President both being the head of the organization as well as owning a competing team b) Same case with the captain of the franchise owned by he President also being the captain of the national team to the extent that all selectors are over-ruled by veto power to save him That despite all these wrongdoing, plus preferential treatment of players and sabotaging of others, that you still see absolutely no problem with any of the going ons tell me that yes, you give absolutely no cr@p about the national team over your club For any professional set up/ organization, etc, conflict of interest in itself is a sackable offense, It doesn't have to be tied with corruption or wrong doings But go ahead, ignore all of that. Hysterical is you guys seeing absolutely no problem with any of the above and STILL supporting, in fact being happy that these things are not cleared up. Very funny indeeed

A) BCCI is not a public company. Team India doesnt mean they are our national team. BCCI is a private club and its registered office in office. In a private company owner can do whatever he pleases todo. B) Refer A :giggle:

A.They claim tax deductions for being a national sporting organisations B.These stadiums they build is on govt. land given free or at concessional rates because its for the national team. C.No private organisation can use the word team India,they dont have that right. D.BCCI is registered under socities act and not company's act and hence they cant do anything they wish. E.BCCI's actions are up for public scrutiny which is why the supreme court has interfered. So you and your Srini can :finger:

They have autonomy but thats about it.The GOI can interfere if they want.Like how Rajasthan govt. did with RCA and GCA President Phadnis is under the pump by Goa govt.You cant take on the govt.

They own those stadiums.Only a few like the stadium in Kochi is taken on rent.The land belongs to the govt.Also they get many tax rebates.

There are rules regarding how the organisation is governed.Remember BCCI runs on public money.

SC can also get Srini removed like it just told Srini that he cant come near BCCI. SC has say over BCCI.BCCI control ICC. Btw read how a Mumbai high court order brought down ICC to its knees in 2000. So Srini ******* will be gone if SC wishes.

Dude, no body defending conflict of interest, and there is already a hearing going on in Supreme Court, so they know what to do than any of us. But, again that doesn't give free hand to modi gang and crooked media to carry out character assassination on any subject, that too with some cooked up dramas and false information.To some extent they already succeeded with that without Court verdict. Like the most you didn't find any fault with that. I was only skeptical on this throughout. Is SC ready to clear him just bcz he is Tamil? absolutely not right. If SC pronounce him at fault, nobody going to defend him including me. Again i wont give sh@t to crap media until SC said so. Just bcz u already concluded him at fault doesn't mean i need to accept that.
