If reported twice suspended from bowling until tested and cleared. i was under impression in icc method one report of umpire includes all instances where umpire thought the bowler chucked and next report is done only after test is undertaken ban happens for year if bowler after being tested in lab ,gets banned and comes back and is reported again.. first ban can be lifted if you prove action is clean now but after 2nd time you are banned for year. here bowler got reported twice before actually getting tested and was banned without any proof that he chucked .

Why deny him wickets on deliveries which are not even reported Umpires cannot call no ball for chucking on field now. They can report only after the match. It is allowed in Indian domestics though.

AFAIK,they can't call if the bowler is not reported But if he is reported or banned for a specific ball,what do you do?You can't stop him from bowling legal deliveries

They don't base their judgement on what they saw in the match because that can be prone to errors. They analyze the video of suspect after the match with refree only then they are reported. Who will be responsible if bowler takes a wicket and umpire calls that no ball but later video suggests that wasn't a no ball. Umpire will be criticized.

Once, he goes through that and it is found out that his quicker once are crossing the limit and normal off spin isnt then he will be banned from bowling those like Samuels and Shillingford and will be able to bowl his normal off spin.

So they will need to re-analyse through video evidence before coming to a conclusion.

They can take help of 3rd umpire then and there if they are still unsure. Anyway incompetence of umpires shouldnt be the excuse for denying a bowler to bowl his legal deliveries

It's a combination of chucking and a violation of the ban, so deserves stricter punishment.
