Rayudu has difficulty rotating strike. And, he is a bad fielder. Fine.

 

But he averages 117 vs Eng in Eng where the WC is. So, what is the problem here?

 

They even dropped him to play Rahul and Rahane at #4 in Eng in 2018, and they surely did not make any difference.

 

Irrational hatred. 

 

The only problem is when Dhoni and Rayudu bat together, because that compounds the weaknesses of both batters (rotating strike). TM just has to be flexible with the batting order.

 

You don't need 11 superstars to win. 

 

Rayudu is fine, just because there are no other replacements right now.
