velu Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 can you suggest good options for couples? like is there a packaged tour/ we went with barefoot holidays .. good thing is we can customize our trip with them.. we stayed in hotel kingdom in havelock and they charged 4k per day ( its costly for its quality ) .. foreigners usually stay in huts which they pay 200 to 300rs but we cant stay there unless someone is a regular BnB traveller i am extremely satisfied with barefoot holidays .. to visit havelook and other prohibited islands we need permissions from the navy , so going thru travel agenices is the best option bcoz they get permissions ( need to send passport copy scan ) and book ferry for us spending time in portblair/andaman is useless .. visit only havelock and/or neils island.. will be fun if u know bit of swimming :two_thumbs_up: http://barefootholiday.com/

velu Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Thanks buddy... wouldn't they provide swimming gear? for scuba diving they provide all .. costs are extra for scuba diving and there are few schools.. i think many couples go for game fishing trips.. if we are going for snorkeling by ourself then we can rent it ( 500rs per day but new one from dekatlan costs 2k per kit ) :giggle: we can do snorkeling by ourself in many beaches ( in elephant beach corals are there within 20 meters from the shore ).. we can also book some guys who will carry us and show the corals ( we dont need to swim , they ll swim and pull us :P )
Cricketics Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 North India just rocks. I mean India as a whole has great beauty. I haven't been to all over INdia, but with mountains in every region, beaches etc, one of the most beautiful countries on earth. You go to Himachal Pradesh, it's basically paradise. We are lucky to have such beautiful place like Himachal in INdia.
