Heard that this is the first time UK is celebrating black friday officially.
yup but its nothing compared to the USA. Traditionally sales in the UK have started on 26th or boxing day

Seriously it is better than 10 years back. 10 years back they would sell absolutely rubbish outdated products for dirt cheap prize. They would stop working in a week or month. Atleast they are selling branded products now

So I tried to shop online and everything is out of stock. My question: Where to shop for random stuff like bedsheets, kids bikes etc online as Amazon doesn't have anything great
Kohls is one place. Target is another

They are useless, mostly its indoor and if by chance its online as well then it was sold out in a few minutes. Any decent website for online sales only ?
Try overstock.com.. Been a long time since i visited that site.

All the really good deals vanish really quickly. The important thing to remember is that this weekend is not the only time to shop. Some of the stuff they put out as deals are not really deals. You might be surprised at how many times you will find better deals on household items at other times of the year.

First time ever I stood in a line for Black Friday, got an ipad air 2 at Target with a $140 gift card after waiting for 3 hours. I don't think I will do this again. Never did it earlier in all these years. It was good for a one time experience I guess of participating in the Black Friday frenzy.

My advice.. Don't invest in color printers. I bought a good quality color printer 3 or 4 years back. Hardly used. You could take photo print outs at much cheaper price outside like shutterfly and fwe other sites.
