Because of men who blame the victims. She shouldn't have travelled in the darlk...shouldn't have had drinks....Not all his victims were raped in the dark.He called a woman chachi and raped her in her home...he raped an 18 year old....he raped eveyone he wanted to.,..because he knew the victims would either stay quiet or be told to stay quiet.Because there are no dearth of people who will blame her no matter what. Go ahead...start the blame game.Which one of her victim should not have done what to avoid being raped.Bloody effing people blaming the victims. It may sound insensitive to says such things but currently there is no other way in this country. Don't know how this going to solved in future either.

You think he would have not raped if all women stopped going out at night.He would have easily found one in the day.We really can't do much.....what we can do is not give reasons for the rape....no matter what. The rape has no reason...not even if the person was walking around naked drunk .Every time we say....we need to take precautions ,we put a little bit of the blame on the raped person. Two day old babies get raped.....there is no precaution when a father can rape. So lets make a little difference to the victims and stop saying what could have been done to prevent it.Rape is not like normal criminal activity.....it happens in homes,schools,buses,taxis, offices ....there is no rape free place or time. If the victim did not have to worry about people telling her how she should not have done this or that....to prevent rape(also because it is a lie)....she would be more inclined to report and pursue the case.

That is what I mean...people should stop discussing the victim.....discuss only the crime.Make is easier for victims to report. Now this girl had the guts to report even though she might have been drinking. The others he raped did not report because people would have asked....why so late? why drinking? .....had the others not worried about these questions and reported....this man could have been caught earlier,some women could have been saved from being raped atleast by this man. Imagine if this girl thought....I had some drinks,people will say why did you drink ...and then decided against reporting.What would have happened?This man would be going on a hunt tonight. If rapes happen at 9 Pm...should women stop being out at nine?Should drinking become a male only activity?

I am totally certain that there are laws which govern maximum price you can charge ..this is just looting people and only thing is they got caught as event became too big and they got caught .. And how does increasing price help ? People still won't get ride but those who will have to pay a lot they are not doing any service by charging when there is most need. Also let's forget charges but how can any one justify 100 bucks minimum no matter how small journey is that is absolute minimum and you know this is company which asks for more money to provide safer options :cantstop:
