Exactly my issue with the squad & add Dhawans form its not looking very good atm . Iam not a big fan of Rohit , but its imperative that he has a good WC . He has to play a few big innings & help us set targets when we bat first . I wont be surprised if he disappears when it matters as well .cant stand the attitude & lack of commitment , so cant trust him ever . Then its just Virat , Raina and Dhoni . Iam not sure how 4 players are going to win us the WC . Only good thing is its just the 3 matches that matter .

Its just funny the way our squad looks at this point.. None are exactly performing.. the one who has performed with century is out with injury and highly unreliable. Well, it is what it is.. I wouldnt expect too much from this team. If we make it to semi final, i'll be happy i guess. Heart says things wlll fall in place when the time comes, but head says there are at least 3-4 teams which are much better than ours..

Dhawan and Rohit would go crazy on Indian pitches too. Sehwagh and Gambo both would struggle in Australian pitches.. Gambo was biggest poker before Dhawan appeared on the stage.

There is one other factor you can be optimistic about. In world cups even most vaunted teams play like noobs in crunch situations. Yea. against Australia we are going to struggle all the time. But we don't play them in the world cup. SA very hard to beat in league phase. But other teams we can fancy our chances.

I've heard that from Duncan Flether and also from Dhoni.. but I dont see that as plus.. If this form remains, then we would not see any crunch situation.. we'll just go through a one-sided game and be kicked out.

It is what it is. No more changes are going to be done. We have selected a rubbish squad. Let us try to make the most of it. Dhawan's major problem is slips lol. So let us not send him until the opposition gets rid of all the slips. May be send him 3 or 4 down. Open Rahane with Rohit and pray to god they make atleast 40 in the first 10 overs. This will ensure we don't have too many walking wickets up the order.

With this team(flooded with top order batsmen,especially hacks) ,Kohli moving to #4 is a good idea.u cant play rayudu or rahane @4 because they are most likely to waste deliveries,better if they do against the new ball

Gambhir made 2 centuries in Australia :hmmm: in the one dayers. When he was out of form e struggled in India as well. Gambhir was not this clueless when he toured. He had to contend with brett lee in super form.

^ 2 back to back 90s there. Dhawan is just hopeless even on flat wickets here. Gambhir also scored that quick 60 odd before he was run out in the Hobbart chase.
