The electricity rates atleast i can understand somewhat. Does Delhi even produce enough food within the state?

I've also read that Delhi relies on water supply from Haryana to meet its water requirements. How will he sustain his free 700 litres per month promise?

But he fails to stimulate the economy. Lets assume he decides to control the price of vegetables. In turn the vegetable vendors refuse to sell vegetables in delhi. So delhi goes without food? Clearly he cannot build so many schools and colleges. But if he fails to keep that promise then it wont do any long term harm. He runs a goverment which is honest but populist and backrupts Delhi then u would be better off with courrption.

Even if he attempts to meet half the demand and give 350 per month with delhi rapid population.expansion he will need to divert a lot of water from middle class areas.
