vishalvirsingh Posted February 6, 2015 Author Posted February 6, 2015 surprising there is no clear news even today..about fitness of ishant and bhuvi... ishant is definitely critical for our success in world cup as in waca he wud be deadly at least Australia is a place where his 136k bouncers will look dangerous as he can get bounce even with out bowling too short- he is a Total must and only guy who can replace him is varun aroon..
skindia Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Cant afford to take both umesh and varun in same squad,bowling machines and wayward
bowl_out Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Bhuvi out Mohit in... Rayudu somehow gets injured and Vijay in... WC Squad would be done.
Lord Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Bhuvi out Mohit in... Rayudu somehow gets injured and Vijay in... WC Squad is done. :woot:B-> Should have got Yuvi though,already got 3 openers:((
bowl_out Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 :woot:B-> Should have got Yuvi though,already got 3 openers:(( That was a wishlist... if you didn't realize :--D
Lord Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 That was a wishlist... if you didn't realize :--D :(( why do you want Bhuvi injured then?:whack:
Magneto Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 :(( why do you want Bhuvi injured then?:whack: Because Booby is useless. Can't b, can't b, average f.
Lord Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Because Booby is useless. Can't b' date=' can't b, average f.[/quote'] Hes better than others in that regard,atleast average f:hysterical:
bowl_out Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 :(( why do you want Bhuvi injured then?:whack: Would play Binny or Mohit over a half-fit Bhuvi.... He was toothless in the Test match he played... Conditions and fitness not in his favor... Mohit impressed me in the match against England... Always found him bowling a good first spell in most matches that he has played (similar to Bhuvi)... Seems to have added a good 5-10 kph to his pace... Somebody bowling good lines at 140k is something we have desperately been looking for... His slower balls might be useful at death overs, given Australia's huge grounds... Good chances of batsmen miscuing slow balls and getting caught at Long on / Deep Midwicket. Ishant might be useful in conditions assisting pace and bounce, Perth particularly... So, if one of them has to go, it better be Bhuvi
Magneto Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Hes better than others in that regard' date='atleast average f:hysterical:[/quote'] India should play with 11 batsmen, but the problem is we have only 1.5 batsmen. :((

So, if one of them has to go, it better be Bhuvi A fully fit Bhuvi would be better than Mohit.Sure Mohit looked good in Perth but that pitch helped pacers.Mohit is generally unreliable and doesnt get movement which Bhuvi gets with the new ball.Bhuvi has variations too and seems better under pressure

Lord Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 How can one average 38 if he had all those things. because teams play him out knowing free runs at other end.
Magneto Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Really? That's higher than I thought. Who are the 1.5? :woot: I gave .25 to Rahane and .25 to Raina. :((
BlueBee Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Ishant and Bhuvi in doubt for fitness test. Rohit and Jaddu are expected to clear it. Mohit replaces Bhuvi if he's out. -Various sources.
