Yadav consistently in Mid 140s' date=' fastest above 146 kph [b']with not much effort and can easily reach 150s if he wants to. Mohit fastest at 142.8 kph, average speed 135 kph, even he is not bowling with full pace. only Shami is going all out with speeds consistently around Mid 140s but this is expected as he is sure of his place in the side and knows Dhoni won't drop him after 1-2 bad matches.

that ball does look quick. I normally don't like people reducing pace. but in yadav's case he was seriously all over the place and was losing his place in the team. so it was good to rein in a little and get back in form. now he can build up his speed again

Yadav's current pace of 140 k to 147 k, average around 144 k....good accuracy, consistent outswing, quite a few surprise bouncers, some yorkers at the death, Umesh looking confident with what he is doing ...... and all this resulting in 14 wickets from 8 matches. I am quite happy with it. I would not like Umesh to lose all this in an attempt to bowl 150 k +. Even 144 k average pace is very good.

Dont think Yadav sprayed the ball at all. He just tried too many short balls which were giving them so many wickets before today, but today's pitch is slow and lacked bounce. Should have adjusted better.

Brainless has more than wickets than effective in the WC. He has more wickets means he was effective too. They just didnt read the wicket today. Bowled too many short ones on a slow pitch. Same strategy gave them lots of wickets. Also, poor captaincy too. Yadav should not have bowled 5th over. You are making batsmen used to one bowler. He tried to be attacking but pitch isn't suited to that kind of bowling.
