BlueBee Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Very passionate player, bowls consistently around 140s and can crank it up to 150s. Bowls in with good attitude, also a comfortable fielder.
Number Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 No that was Mohammed Khalil and he also played at Eden Gardens iirc. No he debuted in 2010 You are talking about rana naved i guess lol Yes Khalil I mistook for him. :--D I remembered a left arm bowler in 2005 series.
Shogun Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 He will be destructive if Pak can get the ball reversing around the 40th over. Not difficult at the Adelaide oval.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 good bowler, good aggression, probably the better of the team in terms of likeability and respect
Temujin Khaghan Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Are you sure, you are talking about Wahab Riaz? :/ Lad has sufficient aggression. Definitely not Shami level low. And do you even remember his WC 2011 semi celebration? Sohail khan has been a revelation but i expect him to absolutely get tonked on dead pitches. he has cooled down completely. there is no need to abuse the batsman, but a fast bowler should maintain some serious body language like wasim, mcgrath. need to be more hostlie to the batsman. wahab seems like a friendly guy out there.
maniac Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Very good bowler and seems to have a very good work ethic as well...he used to be wayward but has looked very consistent recently which makes him that much more effective
CG Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Someone like Maxwell will be good against him Mawell will struggle against him ,he generally struggles against genuine pace.
achilles Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Lets see some performance in games where it matters. We already saw the capability of "talented" players like Mohd. Irfan against India.
Jhoncena30 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 If pakistan beat australia... Then no matter what they are gone win world cup
gaurav92 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 He has pace, bowls his heart out, reverses the ball, has a good short delivery. A very good prospect for Pakistan, but he looks like he is already 30+.
Invasion 550 Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 Lets see some performance in games where it matters. We already saw the capability of "talented" players like Mohd. Irfan against India. I think you also missed out on the SA match? And he has already shown performance where it mattered. WC 2011 semi.
Sid Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 I am sorry but what match are you talking about? His 1st match was against Zimbabve at Shiekhupura. Is it the same mythical match where veeru called shoaib baap baap hota hai? :hysterical: Easy there sunshine ,looks like even the name of Veeru causes some kind of disquiet in Pakis.:giggle: Anyways my mistake, should have written his 1st match against India.
adi B Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Wahab was very erratic and poor in every format ,it's waqar who worked with him and improved him.he was called for the test series against srl last year and since then his pace is up,he has gained more control and picking wkts.still long way to go,avgs 30 in odi which is mediocre, needs to improve that and I think he'll improve

Hahaha not really. It was just a tongue in cheek comment. :) Wahab was very erratic and poor in every format ' date='it's waqar who worked with him and improved him.he was called for the test series against srl last year and since then his pace is up,he has gained more control and picking wkts.still long way to go,avgs 30 in odi which is mediocre, needs to improve that and I think he'll improve[/quote'] Agreed. Hundred per cent.
KFC_Zinger Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Very good bowler.....he will bowl well even against the Aussies
KFC_Zinger Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 If pakistan beat australia... Then no matter what they are gone win world cup Whoever beats Australia will win the cup and if no one beats them then they will win.....B->B->B->
FischerTal Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 padosis playing aussies at adelaide. im sure their bowling(especially wahab) will put up a good performance but i don't see their batsmen getting past cummins, starc, and johnson
adi B Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Pakistan should still stick with 4 pacer combo, thats a winning combo for any team
Zelig Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Bowls better at the death than in the middle overs. :nice:
