Your best Economy bowler by 40th over should be allowed to bowl 2 more overs. This way there will be lot more pressure on both the teams to have at least one good bowler to do the job. Only the bowler who bowls best on that day in first 40 overs (5 ov min) should be given that privilege. Its not unfair at all to the batting team. So we can see more Boult, or Stark or Umesh type of bowlers bowling 12 instead of 10. What will happen then is that the fielding captain will have a chance to bowl his best bowlers with at least 6-8 overs by 40th over to gain better economy. They will bowl them upfront to maintain good economy rate.
