Cricket_Hacker Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Is it David Boon the Aussie cricketer? :WTF:
CoverDrive Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Well done to you guys. Never say die Aussie spirit lives on we were just not good enough
MechEng Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Is it David Boon the Aussie cricketer? :WTF: Why will he speak on third person?
India-KXIP fan Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Thank you Boon but things like this hurt as well. You see we want to dominate, like anyone else. We want to be the dominant side that beats opposition then says "we still respect you ____________ you were beaten by better side thanks for coming anyway" etc We want to be the dominant ones, the ones respect other teams want to earn It is only LOI but this surprisingly hurts alot On the bright side home series over next couple of years Plenty of runs for Kohli, Pujara, Rahane. Hopefully the discovery of a new world class spinner and plenty of series wins in Asia. Enjoy your time at the top which will probably last :nice: All the best in final :nice:
David Boon Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 3 cheers to VVS and honored to have David Boon on ICF :two_thumbs_up: Congrats & good luck for finals Thankyou mate, i've enjoyed the banter and excitement of your forum, its a nice thing to add to the coverage as i couldnt get to the game, thankyou all for having me.

Thanks mate, we are the same, as Australians we must dominate in sport and mentally on the park, we are a pretty tough people and we fear nobody, not even big talking Americans, as Australian men we hate being dominated, beaten, out sledged or out played, we love a fight and we love to be sledged. And you know what, India is starting to take on many of our traits, your getting a lot tougher in cricket, years ago we could dominate you but these days you are giving it back, you are fearing us less and learning what it takes to be a very dominant force in world cricket, we respect india a great deal on the park, you could see that respect today in how cautious you made us in our innings, theres huge things ahead for indian cricket, you will be number 1 in all forms of the game at a few points over the next decade. cheers
Forever Indian Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Agree' date=' the two best teams in ODI cricket atm are in the final, its a fair final and should be a cracker.[/quote'] Disagree on two best teams in ODI cricket, but agree on two best teams of the tournament. NZ are good in their home conditions but away they have lost series to Bangladesh and the likes.

David Boon Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 Disagree on two best teams in ODI cricket' date=' but agree on two best teams of the tournament. NZ are good in their home conditions but away they have lost series to Bangladesh and the likes.[/quote'] Well Australias on top atm, no doubt about our place in the top 2, and this is a special NZ team, the best in yours or mines lifetime, they are tough, believe in themselves, kiwis never back down, i believe at this current point they are in the top 2, what we are seeing is the development of a very good kiwi side, they could even be better than us atm. Dont doubt this kiwi team, they are in the rise and in a purple patch, mentally they are on the top of their game, but they dont have the real big game experience like us, we will play on that in the next few days, we will lay the bait, plant the seeds of doubt, get them to start over thinking and using up their mental energy before the game, thats been our modus operandi for over 30 years and it works nearly every time, having said that the kiwis are onto our games. Im fearful of their new found confidence and if you look at how this WC has panned out you cant help but get the feeling they could be destined to win it, we just have to create our own destiny on sunday and destroy the kiwis party. Its going to be a tough game unless they choke.
Stuge Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Thank you...I'm backing Australia to win the cup.best of luck
vvvslaxman Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Yup thank you. Now we can go back to our life of Modi, Arvind kesari , RaGa
