Just doing a little research, India has played 151 test matches since 2000. Pakistan has played 125. There are many teams who I bet have played even less. More matches= more centuries conceded. I haven't looked up the statistics for ODIs so the gap could be even bigger. You also have to account for the fact that India plays tough tours more often than many. This is because they generate the BCCI more money. India/ Aus have toured each other 4 times since 2010. On the other end, Bangladesh has hardly played the big nations, half of their series have been against Zimbabwe

Anyway three hundreds in an innings is not indicative of the worst bowling. Three bowlers giving 100 runs each is 300 runs. Five bowlers conceding 80 each makes 400 runs. Bowling averages are better performance indicators.
