In the style of a round-robin tournament, each team will play six other teams in their group both home and away. The other two teams will be faced just once. The top four teams from each group qualify for the knockout stage: a three-round single-elimination tournament. The winner of each group will have a home match in the quarter-finals against the fourth team from the other group. The runner-ups from each group will play at home against the third placed team from the other group. The semi-finals will be a free draw from all the qualified teams. Ireland) to increase the number to 20, divide it in 4 groups of 5, qtrs., semis and a final. total 87 matches over four weeks, unlike ipl and bbl, they don't need to show all the matches live on tv so four matches can take place at the same time

I'd definitely have it divided into smaller groups as I feel its far too long and drawn out in its current format, and I like your Scotland and Ireland idea. I'd have it taking place in August at the height of summer and during school holidays like the BBL, becauase the essence of T20 when it first started was as a form of entertainment families could come and enjoy

I like the idea behind your proposal but it'd never work as all the main players are contracted for other teams in the competition plus at this stage I think Ireland and Scotland deserve to be treated as more than glorified counties.

I think each county uploads lowish quality static camera highlights? The televised game between Warks and Nottingham should have highlights put up on the ECB youtube channel.
