It has received clean chits in many countries and even in many states in India the latest tests showed no lead content. Also, the High Court has allowed Nestle to export it to other countries even as it is still banned in India. To me this ban seems quite dodgy.

He said there was a health risk attached to the product because it may be substandard, but it is not unsafe.
