Now Govt suddenly do peace deal with them From the South Asia Terrorism portal : The outfit (NSCN IM) aims to establish a ‘Greater Nagaland’ (‘Nagalim’ or the People’s Republic of Nagaland) based on Mao Tse Tung’s ideology. Its manifesto is based on the principle of Socialism for economic development and a spiritual outlook – ‘Nagaland for Christ’. Drug trafficking from Myanmar is reported to be a major source of income for the NSCN-IM, and it also reportedly engages in extortion, bank robberies and other criminal pursuits to obtain finance. In addition, the outfit generates funds through international mobilization. Both the NSCN-IM and the NSCN-K run parallel structures of ‘taxation’ (extortion) throughout the regions that they dominate. So it is only natural for modi Govt to sign an accord with them .

Shame on us that 70 years after the independence and they are still struggling for food. I have had privilege to live in some of these states and poverty is incomparable. These guys aren't voting for subsidies in electricity and water bills. Their issue is food on on table and not getting in the way of armymen.

He tweeted this on Wednesday. On Thursday Sonia Gandhi said that Cong won't accept the peace accord as their CMs were not taken into confidence. Then he deleted the tweet. And BTW how exactly is signing a peace accord abusing the people?
