How Mamta Banerjee is fast turning West Bengal into a dangerous place The current situation might have roots during earlier administration, but it became multifold full blown under Mamata regime of last 4+ years whose single minded focus of securing Muslim vote bank at any cost has created a very dangerous situation of Terrorism and intolerable situation of human trafficking and ethnic cleansing to Hindus in the state of West Bengal. In recent years west Bengal has emerged as the hub of terror activities in India. Reports suggests that the ruling party Trinmool Congress has strong connections with the Jihadi elements in India and abroad. It nominated to Rajya Sabha (Upper house in Indian Parliament), a SIMI (Student Islamic Movement of India) founder Ahmed Hassan Imran in 2014. SIMI is a banned terrorist organization in India since 2001. The role of Bangladesh based organizations working under the patronage of the ruling TMC in the state is very significant here. The National Intelligence Agency investigation in India has revealed that by using money laundering generated through various scams in West Bengal, Rs 15-16 crore (around 2.5 million USD) has been transferred to Bengal and Assam to fund several Jihadi modules. These Jihadis many of them are TMC workers as the Burdwan Blasts revealed. A nice article with references on really how WB is on melting point. Just quoted some points from it, worthwhile reading the full article. So, MSM doesn't pay much attention on it but recent events tells a disturbing story. Even just yesterday, there was some communal riots. Can it be fixed or is it too late? Let's hope some actions are taken in upcoming future.

Police officials told HT that the victim, Krishna Prasad Jana (21), was lynched during a brawl between the supporters of Trinamool Congress student wing (TMCP) and the Congress' student wing (CP) in Sajanikanta Mahavidyalaya at Sabang in West Midnapore district. The student was reportedly a CP supporter. Many talk about Hindu-Muslim coexistence, but the onus is on Muslims and so far, they have not done their part at all. Soon, on the pretext of avoiding riots, Hindus might be forced to completely forgo their freedom and rights. There are already such things happening in certain parts of Assam.And, this is a genuine case of growing intolerance in the country, will our media ever question her?
