Only Badrinath was wrong. Even our esteemed selction panel agreed with me and got RP in. :--D Sree is still good and should be close to test squad. Although he is behind Ishant, ZK, PK, Aaron and Yadav. After them he is next cab of the rank. Anyway lets get back to lauding the class of Rohit you jealous so and so:giggle:

It was hilarious to watch his reaction towards the end of today's match. He looked like he would have killed Aaron if India lost the game. :hysterical: Jokes aside, he played a restrained innings which is rare for him. He usually plays some silly shots every now and then and gives it away after getting set. Otherwise, he has all the shots in the book and looks a good player when in touch.

I don't think anyone denied Rohit is class. Just didn't deserve a place in the side, was too complacent Still having brainfarts, should've taken this home today
Dont agree he is complacent at all. His languid and elegant style gives that impression when actually he trying as hard as anyone else

His driving is great to watch. He has been on a good run ever since the WI tour actually, if you add domestic pwnage then even more so. A tailunt we need to stick with.

This innings was so uniquely Rohit and pretty much sums up his entire career. Dazzles while the rest of the batsmen have failed, but fails to finish the fight and gets out. That, in essence, is the story of his career. He will wow you with his mesmerizing strokeplay, but just when your hopes have risen high enough, he will follow that up with a series of let-downs. The talent is undeniable and there for everyone to see. The question is - can he convert that into consistent match-winning performances for his team, ala, Raina and Kohli?

he does it most of the time .I remember he did the same after India won 3 ODI against Windies in Caribbean earlier this year. .
