The problem with this team is there are no part time bowlers.It would have been good if our batsman could roll over arm for couple of overs

Won't need them. Our front line guys will knock the WI  off for under 250 in less than 60 overs in each innings :-)).

My Squad Against Wi -: 

 1)Shikhar Dhawan And Murli Vijay as Openers 

3) Kl Rahul as No -3 , I am Not Convinced with Pujara because I dont think his technique against pacers has improved .[sorry for pujara fan if its hurts them ]

4) Ajinkya Rahane at No4 - According to me Rahane Is better than kohli in test Matches 

5) Virat Kohli - It is not neccesary that your best batsman and player should bat at no4 , Virat kohli will suited on no5 [sorry For Kohli fans if it hurts them]

6) Wriddhiman Saha 

7) Ravindra Jadeja 

8)R ashwin 

9) Ishant sharma

10) Umesh yadav 

11) Jasprit Bumrah - The guy Desreves the chance he will be more dangerous than Rest other Indian Pacers in test matches Specially Against Quality Oppositions [soory For the fans of other Indian  pacers .]  

* If Wicket is suited Only  For Seamers Jadeja will be replaced By Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Ashwin will bat at No 7 .

You are not convinced by Pujara's technique against fast bowlers but fully convinced about Dhawan's technique

• Rahane @ 3 becoz he has the best technique against pace n movement and he shud bat up. Also he scores quicker than pujara and to win test matches u need to score quick. Pujara has been found wanting against incoming deliveries so better he bats low against old ball. I think pujara is also a better player against spin and having him at lower order means having someone stuck at one end which can be useful for partnerships.
• Binny is must for me in this series. He is someone who is horses for courses types. I think we are being over critical on him as he doesnt have enough quality but still he can be used well. Lets not forget the guy saved a test match in Eng n did quite decent in SL as well. There are no other seaming all rounder in india. PPl here blasted pandya a mnth ago in ipl so dnt cry now tht we have binny. In WI, duke balls are used which a swing bowler like binny wud enjoy and is someone who can bowl 15-20 overs as fifth bowler and not give much runs away. These 15-20 over can make fast bowlers rest and bowl their shorter spells with gr8 intensity. He is also not a mindless slogger like jadeja and as a batsman he plays bounce well . As far as sending Ashwin or mishra up doesnt work for me becoz when u give tailender responsibility  and ask them to bat up they generally come under pressure. He is definately not a long term solution but yes needed for time being . Another problem i have playing with mishra is Wi pitches are on slower side and mishra is not quick through air so a bowler like him is easy to play as their is slow turn.

Ashwin injured on his bowling finger last day of practice camp at Bangalore.I wish him good recovery before first test vs WI.He was injured off MS's nasty delivery,Ashwin left the camp after his injury.

I hve given my reason how i feel pujara isnt a long term solution at 3 specially how he failed overseas and his incoming ball issue. Also Rahane is one heck of terrific batsman whom i want to bat up to score more and also he is a far better player of pace n movement then pujara. Yes but some players cannot bat at all positions..pujara is one of them. Rahane can find his way in any position and hence for the sake of the team he should bat at no5.

Saha at #6, Jadeja at #7 weakens our batting lineup quite a bit.  Even if Ashwin starts putting up some runs to match his ability.  A quality batting wicket keeper is badly needed.  Saha better his shit together soon, he's gotten a fair run with the team.  If he doesn't I don't even mind Dinesh Karthik coming back for a season or so until a longterm replacement steps up.  Don't know how Karthik's Ranji batting numbers have been lately, but he's always been decent enough behind the stumps.

This I agree with. Pujara is a limited player. I didn't believe this earlier but since last month I have been watching a lot of footage for making my compilations and Pujara should be given a long run at a fixed position and that is 3. Rahane should bat at 5 unless Pujara is absolutely miserable at 3.

Don't think so. He was present mostly as a senior who is very experienced and also to familiarise with the coach. I feel The camp is only for test players and hopefuls. Ms does not play any match till October v nz odis. There is no suresh raina neither bumrah if I am right.

Yes he is. Most of us were unhappy because he will be ineffective on the dead pitches on wi. He should have travelled to helpful pitches in Zimbabwe.
