Adi_91 Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Cook had warned before the series began that Amir might suffer “consequences” for his spot-fixing past and, after the crowd reaction on the first day, admitted: “I said at the beginning of the series at some stage that might happen. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/cricket/england-captain-not-surprised-at-crowd-baiting-of-mohammad-amir-a7151436.html So, mocking a player is fine? I don't agree at all.

Yeah, expect that from Aussie crowds, but England, surprised. And must say, England captain has been rather vocal this series.
Vilander Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Adi from your name if we assume you were 91 born then you must have been 8 in 1999. Its likely you might not know about saurab kalia i would encourage you to read about him and have that in mind when ever you talk in support of pakistan or pakistan nationals.

I know about Saurabh Kalia and the ordeal that his family even today is going through. None of us can forgive the people responsible for that brutal killing and beyond that. I am not supporting Pakistan team (Never will). Thought this will be a good masala news, so shared.

Aus crowd won't have anything great against Amir since the spot fixing wasn't against Aus,it happened in Engalnd against England.

We will see. Aussie crowds are known for intimidating their opponent players.
moniker Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Even the usually polite and mellow New Zealanders threw money at him and ridiculed him, this kind of behavior from the English is not surprising at all. Ironhide 1
Adi_91 Posted July 23, 2016 Author Posted July 23, 2016 Only in India, we mock our own players (Sachin in Mumbai in 2006) and celebrate the success of foreign players even if they play against us (AB De Villiers being the recent one).
panesarv Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 To be honest, deserves it and just sends a message to others who might be thinking of committing the same crime that people don't forget. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk Adi_91 and Ironhide 2
