Pandey is 125-135. Medium fast. We have Ishan Porel, Ankit Rajpoot, Aniket Chaudhary all tall bowlers and hit 135-140.

Shardul Thakur as of now is not a test material. it will be a poor selection if he is taken to SA.

if he's really a 125 kmph bowler, he should be called a trundler.

no really 125 but that is the range he bowls, quickest will be about 135 or so.

My choice is Ishan Porel

 

He is very quick, gets steep bounce, can seam the ball both ways and is accurate.

 

Most importantly, he can sustain intensity and pace even after bowling 45 overs ( which is very important in tests )  and is actually picking wickets.
