Sethi claims he knew everything but was just waiting for it to actually happen... so that he can take an action...

Never expected such poor stuff from him, its like some law n order agency aware of some crime to happen but do not take any action thinking, its not happened unless not happened, so lets first wait them to commit this crime...

Happens all the time actually. Police wait for someone to actually break into a house/bank etc and catch them red handed with evidence.

 

Even here they knew spot fixing two balls wont affect either team. Brilliant move

Not sure why then security agencies get blamed for any unfortunate event... everyone say what they were doing if they were aware and had 'reports' about this event to happen... We should instead say, not their fault, these were reports only, it was not happened yet, they were right to let the event happen first...

yeah u can :facepalm: but The thing is u Lead an organization, and u somehow come 99% sure that something wrong going to happen which is def going to RUIN the image of your organization... Im sure u wont b a sitting duck or otherwise u'll definitely get blamed for not taking any precautionary measures and letting the organization image get ruined...
