RAZPOR
i always believed bowlers in the past weren't as quick as everyone made them out to be lack of broadcast and speed guns probably gave some bowlers more fame for being fast than they deserved. Low quality protective gear Visors were rarely used Bad quality bats Batsmen did not have access to bowling machines to practice against high pace. No limitation on bouncers and this resulted in bodyline bowling against badly protected batsmen Fitness levels were lower and this must have adversely affected batsmen's reaction times. All these factors must have made even 135 k balls feel really threatening. JaFanatic and RAZPOR 2 Link to comment
