What is the target India should leave to Sri Lanka in the 4th innings to be safe

Currently, Sri Lanka is leading by 28 runs but also have lost a wicket which means they have only five more wickets.

Assuming India is able to dismiss them with a lead of 100, what should be the minimum India should score before they declare or set target to Sri Lanka. A target of less than 200 is quite unsafe. So, India should try to score at least 300 runs in their second innings.

What are your thoughts...

Declare with anything around 220ish and give Lanka 2 full sessions or a little more.

This. Around 60-65 overs on a fifth day pitch. If they lose wickets upfront, then panic could set in.  

 

Edit: technically it would be more like a fourth day pitch.
