Gollum
Did something more comprehensive HERE NW would dominate except on turners...South has wonderful players of spin, 4th innings specialists and some great spinners. Link to comment
velu
should be northeast vs southwest Link to comment
zen
Another combination is West-East and North-South. Below is relatively more evenly matched: Gavaskar Mankad Pujara Sachin Hazare Ganguly Dhoni or Engineer Zaheer Shami Gupte Bumrah 12th man Jadeja or in the 11 if three spinners are needed vs Sehwag GG or Agarwal Dravid Kohli Amarnath VVS Pant Kapil Srinath Ishant or Ashwin or Kumble or Parsanna per conditions Chandra Edited April 1, 2020 by zen Link to comment

Ankit_sharma03
among the ones i have seen or whose enough clips are avl online to make an assesment Also Assuming this game happens in indian conditions North-west Sehwag Gavaskar Pujara Sachin Kohli (capt) Pant Kapil Jadeja Bhajji Zak Bumrah 12th man- amarnath South-East Vijay Rahul/Mayank Dravid Azhar Vvs laxman Dhoni Ashwin Kumble Srinath Shami Umesh yadav 12th man- vishwanath 5 bowlers vs 5 bowlers - coz bowlers win u games and there was too much bowling quality to drop anyone- spin, reverse swing, convential swing in both sides North does have a huge edge on batting due to openers n all rounders .....so lets keep this game in eden since eden since laxman, azhar, dhoni has an outstanding record on that ground where most of the north-west batsman record is ok there ..lets give other team a chance Edited April 1, 2020 by Ankit_sharma03 Link to comment
Sandeep99
Batting - West produced batsmen who were technically correct, produced draws and made hay when conditions favored (Sachin, Gavaskar); South produced clutch batsmen who won tough matches (Dravid, VVS, Vishi, Ajju); North produced swashbucklers and abusive morons (Sehwag, Gambhir, Amarnath, Rat), East produced Ganguly, Dhoni, Pankaj Roy- if not the best batsmen - great leaders for sure. Bowling - West produced a good range of spinners and seamers alike (Gupte, Zaheer, Pathan, Jadeja, Bumrah); South produced great spinners and pretty good seamers (Chandra, Kumble, Prasanna, Srinath, Ashwin); North produced a chucker and a loudmouth albeit a great one (Harbhajan, Bedi); East produced one very decent seamer (Shami). Overall I think the regions can be ranked as follows - Tests - South West North East LOI's - West North South East Link to comment
