1. Not out but it remains to be seen how long he held the catch. If he had remained in control after catching the ball, then its out but if he caught it, then immediately got into collision and lost control of the ball, then its not out. 2. Tell the captain to get on with it and if he doesnt listen, give penalty runs. 3. Out because of obstruction of field.

1. Not Out 2. Ask the captain to get on with it and if he still doesn't agree go ahead with what the winning captain wants to do. A prime example of this is England in Pakistan 2000 - Thorpe/Hussain winning in darkness after Moin Khan's match delaying tactics 3. Out

first one is out i believe. If he didnt drop the ball and passed out with the ball in hand, the play is dead while the guy still kept control of the ball immediately after completing the catch.(in this case, unconcious, but still control as the ball has not left his hands). The law states you must have control of the release after catching the ball, till the ball is called dead. But it doesnt say you must release the ball to have the play end. We've seen players complete a catch, keep the ball in hand and go running laps while the batsman leaves the field, with the player still running laps with the ball in hand. This is the same thing, IMO. Second one I dunno. Third one is obviously out.
