  1. Agree about 10T GDP target and also why the anti-India sentiment is at an all time high. Historically Chinese people had no issues with India (they imported so much culture from Bharat) but CCP is one of the key drivers of using TikTok to push anti-India hate globally.
  2. As someone who was part of the Olympiads more than 2 decades back, what I want is for India to finish in the top 3 in IMO. IMO >> IPhO > IOI > IChO >> rest
  3. TBH Modi and India are both playing a waiting game. If we can get through 15 more years of 7% growth, we will be a 10 trillion economy and clearly the 3rd biggest power in the world. Unfortunately, Trump/MAGA are anti-globalization and have learned their lessons from China and an instigator of chaos and AI will impact the service sector; so this looks a lot harder than it did 5 years ago. It is a lot easier to look strong when you are a 10 trillion economy and the world depends on your consumption AND production.
  4. Ilham Omar is a mullah supremacist. Democrats need to get rid of her and her ilk.
  5. Defeatist left wingers will claim that India mediated in Afghanistan and Iraq wars previously.
  6. Agree with vivek here. I don't know why Lone Wolf has become anti-India, it is fine to be anti-BJP without being anti-India. If Sindoor should have taught anything, it is that most modern wars are also propaganda wars and GOI is very bad at it given they are run by babus and believe in slow diplomacy. It should be quite clear on who is driving propaganda in this Iran war and that's the US and China. China has been one of the biggest losers of the last few months between Venezuela and Iran which is why you see articles like "Iran allowing only Chinese ships to transit" followed by a lot of bloodletting both in the West and Indian vellas on twitter and reddit and the reality which is easily confirmed from satellite data that single digit ships have transited through Hormuz and there is no pattern there. Or how India let Iranian ship sink while the factual information is we actually helped them and will continue having a neutral relationship with whoever remains in charge there. Then the US clowns have to sell to a domestic audience in a midterm year so stuff like "US allows India to buy Russian oil" "US won't allow India to become a rival" are all meant for a domestic audience. Even anti-India BBC noted that India never really shut down Russian oil to begin with. I think it is important especially for educated Indians to not fall for these propaganda traps and actually bash the Modi govt on what they actually do wrong (for example, Carney having to visit Ambanis wtf).
  7. One of the replies in your post has him saying Har Har Mahadev
  8. We also need to do the same in the Mediterranean (France, Italy, Greece, India alliance makes a lot of sense) and South China sea (start with Japan). The world is changing and this is our opportunity to ensure we can exert influence and fight back if other countries meddle in our affairs.
  9. This is great news. Trump is causing chaos and a rejig of the world order, now is the time for us to form synergistic alliances. There are 5 factions in the middle east. KSA/Turkey Israel Iran with its proxies - massively defanged after the last 12 months with Hamas, Hezbollah, Assad regime all routed. Only Houthis are left. UAE and its proxies - also defanged after KSA destroyed its presence in Yemen. Only Somali faction left. Qatar and its rogue regime Israel and UAE are natural partners for India in this region. Israel understands what it is being surrounded by Muslim countries and modern UAE has its roots in British India including using Rupee as its currency until Indira devalued it. Build stronger ties with Israel and UAE, maintain relationships with Iran as we have done for millennia, view KSA/Turkey with suspicion while continue doing business with them and actively start fighting back Qatar and its rogue regime on soft power/bribery should be our MO.
  10. Chaos is opportunity and I hope Modi and co are not sleeping on the wheel. This is our best opportunity to get a favorable trade deal with the EU.
  11. What's there to respond to these bhikaris
  12. As someone who lives in the US and has lived in Western Europe as well for long periods of time, Munir comments are irrelevant and Trump is transactional. What's important for Indians though is to start presenting a united voice and use our influence and financial means to influence changes which is not only to help ourselves but also the motherland as well as the Jews have done since Israel was created. Why this didn't happen yet is not surprising. Indians who came to the US in the 80s and 90s were ashamed of their identity and came from a country which was not just poor but also had lost its cultural being. Their kids are obviously not going to associate themselves with India even though for most of them, that's how the world will view them. The onus is on our generation (millennials) and our kids to change that, and create the world where our people cannot be ignored.
  13. These are just an intermediate stop, similar to how Chinese goods land in the US via Mexico. Nothing to be too concerned about.
  14. Haha Good response to this nonsensical posting about Pakistan. No one really cares about that failed state. If they didn't have nukes, they would have long been allowed to fail completely. Trump nonsense is not about Pakistan but more about a low-IQ maniac trying to bully our country. Stay united and this will pass.
  15. We are not going to completely trust anyone. Our objective is to be a self sufficient world power ourselves. With China, everything should be transactional. They want us to recognize Aksai Chin, claims over Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim go into the bin. Want to get rid or delegitimize Dalai Lama, support us in SC permanent membership.
  16. Don't be so bitter. Why is China not saying that they will stop trade with US? Or Canada? Geopolitics is not binary and policies are transient.
  17. This is the long and short of it. As long as our people stay united, Trump will chicken out like he always does. Our country depends on internal consumption, continue investing in the local economy and we will come out stronger.
  18. We are the most successful team away from home in the last decade and this is without playing garbage teams like Pakistani, BD, Zim etc
  19. Just 2 defeats in SENA countries in the last 2 test championship cycles...
  20. More series wins in SENA than SENA countries in India. Way more series draws in SENA than SENA countries in India. What are you looking for? India to win 4-0 in Australia and England every time so that you can do balle balle.
  21. We have the best record away from home in the last 10 years. If we are bad travelers, where does that leave the rest of the cricketing world. Some of our fans need to stop this constant masochism.
  22. German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil stated on Monday that the European Union’s trade deal with the United States requires significant clarification, adding that the bloc had shown weakness during negotiations. There is no hurry to rush into a deal and fall into a ditch like EU and Vietnam. This is all classic Trump transactional negotiating. 2% of our GDP is exports to the US, cheap oil is worth more than 2%.
  23. Reservation is just gaming the system, our people will always do that. It hasn't stopped them from wanting to improve themselves.
  24. While this is true, we also have a stronger sense of familial unity, societal fabric and desire to improve ourselves by working hard (and game the system as well but let's leave this aside for a moment). Most of the Western world does not have any of this.
  25. Who was the clown who said Pant wants a pedicure after wanting a manicure earlier?
