Virender Sehwag Says His Name Was Enough if he Had to Send Two-line CV

New Delhi: Rubbishing reports that he sent a two-line resume to apply for the post of India coach, former opener Virender Sehwag said that if he had to send such a short application, his name itself would have been "enough". Sehwag clarified that he had sent a CV which was fully compliant with the BCCI norms. "I would be happy to get that two-line CV from the media source. If I had to send a two line resume, my name was enough," Sehwag said in an interview with 'UCWeb'.

I kind of agree. Always wonder why these big names are asked for CVs, when everyone knows their CVs better than they know their own CVs. I wouldnt want to be the big name that dares to send a 2 line CV, but i see Veeru's point

Well, thats what i am waiting for. BCCI can top the Ijaz Butt selection by choosing veeru as coach. :p

Sehwag sounds like he has no coaching brain. We need smarts and tactics. Not every legend can be a coach.
