Trichromatic
I need it for my threads. Why is it disabled? So that members don't misuse it. Trolls will wreck havoc here if html is enabled.
ganeshran
Can we enable the HTML codes..PLEASE? You can use the BBCodes. What exactly are you trying to do?
SLICKR392
You can use the BBCodes. What exactly are you trying to do? Certain pictures of generators produce HTML codes to paste it on a forum or blog. Trichromatic
Certain pictures of generators produce HTML codes to paste it on a forum or blog. Oh! That won't be used much. Probably once in a day or two. Disadvantages easily outweigh advantages of keeping HTML enabled.

Crookbond
I'm not able to see images posted in certain posts.only happen sometimes most of times they are from twitter :hmmm: please help :icflove: That's because there is a ":large" appended to the URL after JPG by the posters. For normal URLs, Right Click -> Copy Image Address will give you the base URL ending with jpg/png/gif. It's not the case on Twitter, particularly when you are viewing that photograph expanded mode. So the link (for example would be) THIS https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BMkhvccCMAAJTiS.jpg:large But the posters should remove the ":large" at the end of the URL and post this link. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BMkhvccCMAAJTiS.jpg It's best if you can link to some posts which have those URLs. Crookbond
Thanks for those links! Even I face the same issue - reloading page and/or clearing cache helps. The best way to solve the issue (a suggestion from my end) would be to not allow posting of images unless the image URL ends with PNG/JPG/GIF ... (acceptable image formats). The rule is similar for Youtube videos too.

Crookbond
I get a parse error while posting on the "Things that you need ban on ICF ..." thread. Here's the error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '/', expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/cricket/public_html/includes/ame_bbcode.php(192) : regexp code on line 17 Fatal error: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: Failed evaluating code: ame_substitute(1, "=My two cents;2474497", "OK, time to update this list. Some more things you need bans for 1) Bringing Pakistan (or their performance) into every list There are some jokes which are too easy. Some set-up which write themselves to the extent that at most it elicits a vary chuckle, at worst a blank stare. Bringing and comparing with Pakistan is one such thing. When you want to compare with someone, you chose something which is held in esteem by everyone. You don\'t compare muscle strength with that of a 8 year old child and claim you are stronger. It\'s not funny as it\'s too easy 2) Admiring movies of SRK Certain un-named females, who will remain un-named (and I swear none of whose name is Mariyam) are obviously blinded in their fan following of this strange actor to the extent that all movie ratings with this actor will be heavily biased. This bli in /home/cricket/public_html/includes/ame_bbcode.php on line 192 Seems to be a PHP error! This happens when I quote MTC's post, otherwise doesn't. http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=2474497&postcount=
Debutant
I wanna make a suggestion. Here threads can be specified as NSFW but what about the avatars. There are a lot of avatars which can be classified as NSFW. In my case I browse ICF most of the time in the office but these avatars are making life difficult in office. I request the mods to look into this matter. Thanks.
