That is why we are so populated.

Can't watch an ad together but want babies to pop out 9 months from the day of marriage.

Watching x rated vids in a family environment is never comfortable.

NRI's can ouch what ads are on there tele throughout christmas season even till late night. Now thats called self regulation.

Even here too, I find only Asian( maily Indian)channels showing provocative ads of perfume or some random stuff. I end up *in changing the channel

I dont see why explicit ads would appeal more than a casual one. If they get creative, a nice but decent ads could be made. Not just advertising industry, just overall media industry is crap, lacking creativity. Sounds like mostly thurky way to approach even basic products.

If explicit ads are banned then I support it. But otherwise we should not curtail how corporate wants to go about their business if it is legal.

They have not banned the ads...explicit or otherwise, just restricted the explicit ones from being shown at certain times .

This will force advertisers to also find creative ways to advertise instead of resorting to explicit stuff.
