Why we dont miss consultant Dhoni in tests ?

Kohli has already exceeded Dhoni as a test captain and there he didn't have Dhoni for his so called guidance/consultancy/help/adivce/bakloli.

Then why is it that Dhoni is needed for the guidance and expirience in ODIs, wasting a spot just for that role ?

Because consultant dhoni himself was a failure in tests

Maybe BCCI should retire him and hire him as full time consultant if that's the role he is playing now.

Because without guidance and experience, dhoni doesn't have much else to offer that could not be surpassed by even the likes of Karthik.
