You have a distorted image of Indians in the UK. That they are somehow bullied and made fun off by the native Brits. This is 2018 not 1970. Live in the now. You find it funny that Indians watch football because the original fans of an EPL club belonged to the same area as the football stadium in which their team plays. Well why not take it another step further? Originally mostly all of the players for a club were from the same area as the club they played for but now you’d be lucky to find 1 player who fits that criteria. Again things have moved on but you are still stuck in the past. sure bro you are alrite. Welcome to ICF.

Mariyam
George Orwell from 1984 Heavy physical work, the care of home and children, petty quarrels with neighbors, films, football, beer, and above all, gambling filled up the horizon of their minds. To keep them in control was not difficult…. All that was required of them was a primitive patriotism which could be appealed to whenever it was necessary to make them accept longer working hours or shorter rations. And when they become discontented, as they sometimes did, their discontentment led nowhere, because being without general ideas, they could only focus it on petty specific grievances In the context of this novel, Orwell thinks its nothing but a necessary distraction created by the ruling classes. Kind of like the IPL and the LS elections are to us.

Just a short while ago, I was on Whoscored.com having a look at which players have the best tackles and interceptions per game in Englands Championship division (league below the EPL) I wouldnt say its "chaotic and unpredictable" - alot to be said about formations and tactics which define matches... and There is actually quite a lot of stats involved... I dont know how it compares to other sports though in that regard
