It's about time. On paper, Delhi always have had strong teams. It's a shame they never won. It just doesn't translate to on field. They never play well as a team. Hemant Dua is responsible for the mess so many had asked him why he let go of key players in 2011 but he avoids questions regarding those things.Both him and Grandhi are responsible for the mess they make an incomplete team either they strengthen the bowling or batting no middle ground.
