Just need to use Jadhav and other part timers carefully. If he goes or runs, don’t keep bowling him like crazy. Switchhim with main bowler and then may be once new batsman in, we can being him back to bowl some cheap overs, but don’t let top batsmen get used to him as they can make merry at times out of part time bowlers.

 

So far so good from Jadhav. Just need to not get too excited or have too much expectations out of these guys in Uk.

His bowling will only develop if he bowls more n more , and waise bhi if it comes down to him in match the mach wud already be slipping most days 

Before 2011 WC yuvraj was made to bowl a lot then he use to so he improves as bowler

So OP doesn't have any actual argument against why Kedar is bad except some voices in his head. OK.

 

He has a decent strike rate and can easily give us 4-5 overs. His asset is bowling slow. He can just bowl two-over spells if need be, but he adds good variety to the attack.
