Stupid dhoni puts everyone in a tough place for his stupid brand ...why should the army support his stand ? He was asked a question and he rightly said ,this has nothing to do with the army. The army does not promote the use of insignia on gloves or other stuff specially by people who are not even really part of the army. The army is not controlled by bcci or icc. This is not a govt issue either .

The way he leads the cricket team, it is difficult for me to digest that he can be so naive and foolish. Cricket is a religion and it is used for personal gains in India. Controversy is good for generating interest in the world cup. Please don't hold me to this because I am GUESSING, but it could well be the BCCI which forced him to do this.

The aim is to cash in on publics nationalism... What has the army got to do with this. This guy has been using the army image to up his brand and now is responsible fir the ridicule it will suffer. Shameless pretender. This is why people should not be given these honorary uniforms . It shoyld be earned . People are not giving out the national criket cap and blazer to soldier or the border ...why should cricketers be given uniforms for playing cricket. Anything that comes easy is not valued.. New guy Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 Army has clearly distanced itself from Dhoni's stunt yet people here (egged on by media like republic TV) are screaming about patriotism and evil icici. Instead of supporting the stunt of rich spoilt sportsperson why not donate to the army, many of whose lower members families live in poverty?
