• Pick batsman who can play swing & spin decently.
• KLR has problems which he should look to sort out.Shaw has fitness issues.He wasn't picked for WI tour either.
• I prefer separate team for tests & LOIs. That gives bigger pool of players.Players techniques also don't get affected this way. 
• What happened to Mavi & Nagarkoti??
• Have 2-3 batsman who bowl part time.No more of Railu Kattas like Jadhav & Shankar. 
• Let Pujara be test captain. LOI & T20 captaincy can go to younger players.
• No player should be considered bigger than the squad.
• Please get proper coaches.Get rid of the trio of Shmastri,Bangar & Arun. Foreign coaches are necessary to reduce nepotism.
• Selectors care only about having their own regional player in the squad.The influence of advertisers on squad selection is bad.
• Play aggressive, attractive & fearless game.If you lose that way,that's acceptable.
