Hope BJP never gets that desperate, India doesn't need Dawood's man to be its head of state and commander-in-chief of Indian Armed Forces. First Padma Vibhushan, then Modi praising him so often, now this? Why celebrate an anti-national scumbag who should be in prison and eventually hanged? Dawood Ibrahim grew in 'stature' under the patronage and due to the political shielding from Sharad Pawar.
