Scoring big requires Temperament. So we cannot totally dismiss him. Not like others will be a sure shot success in Tests. Nothing wrong in keeping him in the radar. He is a very consistent batsman. His game allows him to be consistent. Even in the under-19 world cup he scored 50. Couple of them under pressure.

think his shot making ability sets him apart just like shaw . He has been playing first class . Just for up

certain players u pick on ability - rt now India needs players who can score fast in odi and maybe bowl . Sarfarraz , jaiswal , Ayer fit the bill

Think he should be able to .. but boy oh boy - if he really continues his form I am sure this ipl will be big for him . 
 

we won the first t20 wc based on a young team .. Rohit helped us with some crucial cameos against top pace bowling 

 

to win the next t20 I think better to go with the shaw and khans rather than the jadhav and rayudus

Agree - Ayer is excellent . 
but what India lacks is a sehwag and a Yuvraj ...

Sarfaraz could be a once in a generation player, if Marnus was picked up for Australia and Sachin n Rohit, Virat he has for me broken down the doors. Fit he is, it is impossible to score such big runs at run a ball or else. He is just on stockier side build wise
